铜编织线软连接，也叫导电带、铜线软连接，镀锡铜编织线软连接、铜编织带软连接等，采用T2无氧铜杆，经多道挤拉工艺拉制成丝，表面裸铜或镀锡或镀银，再进行编织成线，两端压镀锡铜管或纯铜管而成。
铜线材质：T2无氧铜
镀层：表面镀锡处理
接触面：采用优质无缝紫铜管，表面可刷洗、镀锡、镀银或镀镍处理。
接触面长度可按安装要求设计，也可按需加工成喇叭口防止铜丝割断现象。
压接方式：按照厚度要求或客户图纸要求，采用不同的冲床、液压机进行压接。
钻孔：标准设计无钻孔要求，可按图纸要求在接触面钻孔。
绝缘材料：标准设计无绝缘材料，可按要求使用PVC绝缘套管并加以热缩固定。
特殊设计：可按图纸要求进行辅助的车床、洗床、切床等工艺。
尺寸：按图纸要求定制。
